Fantastic location, almost everything is nearby. Team are tremendous friendly and handy and speak great English. There are activities each and every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are a bit noisy but that’s very slight. Good value for the price!

If you are visiting Hanoi you have to book at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. In general great quality and unique ambience.

I have booked the room for four days with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the room was normally clean. The staff were being very useful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was great. Not a super social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was usually clean. The staff have been pretty useful and welcoming and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom was clean plus the shower was great. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
